Peas Mini Cutlets


Ingredients:

Boiled Potatoes 2 large

Fresh peas 1 cup

Handful of finely chopped cilantro

1/2 tsp cumin powder

1tsp finely chopped ginger and garlic

green chilli chopped

Fine flour 2 tsp

Oil for deep frying

Salt


Method:

Mash the boiled potatoes.

Blend raw fresh peas in blender .

Add all  the ingredients along with potatoes and peas in a bowl  and mix well.

Make small patties and shallow  fry  on both sides in hot pan over medium heat.

Serve with tamarind chutney.
