Arbi ki Kachri

Arbi ki Kachri

A spicy Arbi side dish


1 kg Arbi
1 tsp coriander powder
1 tsp chaat masala
1 tsp red chilli powder
Ajwain 1/2 tsp
Oil to fry
1 tsp garam masala
Coriander to garnish

1 Boil and peel the arbi .
Press each one gently between your palms to slightly .
2.  Fry the arbi peices in hot oil till crispy and golden brown on both sides.

3. Remove and drain on paper. .
In pan over low heat. Add 1 tsp oil and add ajwain and let it splutter. Add arbi and all spices and cook for 2 mins.

Garnish with corriander leaves

Serve with Dal Roti
