Mango IceCream

Mango IceCream


Mangoes Big 2
Day Milk powder: 1 cup
Cream 200ml
Skimmed milk: 1 cup.
Sugar: 1/2 cup.


Peel the mangoes and cube it.  Make puree.
Keep aside.
Keep cream in refrigerator before whipping.
Take out from refrigerator.
Whip the cream and sugar in a blender .
Mix cream, mango puree, milk and milk powder.
Give a nice  blend in Blender.
Pour in the container in which you want to set the icecream.
Put in freezer for at least six hours or till Set.
