Heat oil till smokey and add Fenugreek seeds and fry tll brown. Switch off flame and then let it cool .
Clean and Wash the green chillies . Dry by spreading on a paper. Chop them as per your desire. Sprinkle salt over it and place in sunlight for 1-2 hours, put these chillies in a Jar leaving extra salt behind. Add all spices then add heated but cooled oil over it and shake. •Keep 5-6 days in Sunlight
